Peace Games empowers students to create their own safe classrooms and communities by forming partnerships with elementary schools, families and young adult volunteers.

84% of teachers surveyed said Peace Games has helped students learn to solve problems without violence.

Peace Games will be hosting its Third Annual National Conference for members of the Peace Games Network in Boston from July 16-18, 2008. On July 17, we are delighted to host "Peacemaking, Education, and Shared Leadership,"  a public day of workshops and activities open to all educators interested in peacemaking and social emotional learning. As part of its springtime Community Service Learning project, students at the Thomas J. Kenny school in Dorchester planted a peace pole and a garden on Friday, June 20. To see photos and Boston Herald coverage of the event, click here>>
The inaugural PEACE ROCKS NEW YORK event
took place on May 5, 2008 at the Hard Rock Cafe in Times Square. The event featured a "Battle of the Bands" comprised of business leaders in the financial industry, and raised funds to grow the work of Peace Games New York. For more information, click here>>
