Peace Games provides a number of resources to communities and schools to help them foster communication, cooperation, conflict resolution, and civic engagement in students and adults alike. We offer a spectrum of services from one-time trainings to our full model of a three-year Peace Games partnership. These partnerships may be formed with individual schools located in and around our Regional Resource Centers ( Boston and Los Angeles ) or with schools in other areas through partnership with a local partner agency (for example a school system, local violence prevention council, community agency, etc.) We are happy to provide trainings to non-profit agencies, clubs, corporations, and institutions of higher learning.

All of our Peace Games partnerships are based on reciprocity and collaboration. The local partner provides expertise and experience in areas related to local needs, resources and culture. Peace Games provides expertise and experience in creating and sustaining a culture of peace in a school setting. Taken together, this is a powerful combination for sustained school improvement and social change. Therefore, our training and support services are designed to:

• respect and build upon local needs, resources, values and skills;
• respect and improve the Peace Games model, so that it can be used effectively with an expanding network of partners;
• build the capacity of local partners to sustain and expand peacemaking programs;
• ensure program integrity through training, support, monitoring and evaluation that focus on core (mandated) program components;
• support the creativity of local partners by suggesting multiple paths to achieve core program outcomes, and by providing supplemental training modules after the completion of core training modules;
• enact the Peace Games model through training activities that are experiential, fun, integrative and respond to diverse learning styles;
• build, strengthen, deepen and expand collaborative relationships among Partners, and with the Peace Games national and regional offices.
